Dardan Bela is a serial entrepreneur and music executive redefining what a modern record label looks like. As the founder of 1331 Recordz, he has worked alongside artists and producers including French Montana, UnoTheActivist, XanMan, and London On Da Track. Known for innovation, Dardan led the launch of the first NFT collection by a record label designed to provide real-world value—studio discounts, services, and exclusive access to events. He frequently speaks at colleges and industry platforms on blockchain, AI, and the evolution of the music business.
Dr. Simon Howard, Ph.D.
Dr. Simon Howard, Chief Operations Officer at 1331 Recordz, blends his background in social psychology with a passion for music to drive strategy, elevate artists’ voices, and shape the label’s inclusive vision. His leadership fosters collaboration, diversity, and cultural impact within the music industry.
Osaze Moore
Osaze Moore is an experienced IT professional, technologist, and entrepreneur with a strong background in cybersecurity, blockchain engineering, and data-driven systems architecture. At 1331 Recordz, Osaze applies his technical skill set to the creative industry, developing innovative music-technology solutions that enhance production workflows, digital distribution, booking systems, and artist experiences. By merging technology with creativity, he brings a unique, future-focused perspective to the music space—leveraging secure systems, automation, and modern web platforms to help artists and businesses operate more efficiently and competitively.
Andre De Castro
Mr. De Castro is a pioneering software technologist, blockchain executive, investors, and cryptocurrency specialist with over two decades of leadership in digital finance and enterprise software technology. He is the Founder and former CEO of Blockchain of Things, Inc., where he led the development of the Catenis Enterprise™ platform, a groundbreaking Bitcoin Blockchain SaaS solution for secure global peer-to-peer messaging, digital asset control, and immutable data recording on the blockchain. Today is he the founder and CEO of Veritwin, Inc. a Stablecoin bridging technology to unify diverse blockchain systems in addition to being one of the founding partners of 1331 Recordz.
Shontele Layne
Shontele, known for hits “Impossible” and “T-Shirt,” is a Grammy-nominated songwriter who co-wrote Rihanna’s “Man Down” and Alison Hinds’ global hit “Roll It Gal.” She is one of the first Black female pop artists in Belize, and now serves as CMO and community leader at 1331 Recordz.
