1331 Recordz was founded by Dardan Bela with a vision that goes beyond a recording studio or an independent record label. Our mission is to create a brand and ecosystem where independent artists can create, collaborate, grow, and turn their passion into lasting careers.
Alongside Dardan is Simon Howard, COO of 1331 Recordz, whose experience in artist development and education—including work connected with the University of Miami—helps bridge creativity with strategy and long-term growth.
Today, 1331 Recordz is more than a place to record music. We're a movement built around artist development, content, technology, marketing, and community—empowering independent artists to own their future and build careers on their own terms.
