1. The Service
1331 AutoMaster ("the Service"), operated by 1331 Recordz Inc., provides automated audio mastering. You upload a track, the Service produces a mastered version, and you may purchase the full-quality result.
2. Your Content
You keep all rights to the audio you upload and to the resulting master. You confirm you own or control the rights to any audio you upload. We claim no ownership of your music; we only process it to deliver the Service. Purchased masters may be used commercially without restriction from us.
3. File Storage & Retention
Uploaded source files and unpurchased previews are automatically deleted after 7 days. Purchased masters remain available for download for 90 days after purchase. Download your files promptly — after these windows they are permanently removed.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not upload content you lack rights to, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use automated means to access it beyond normal use. We may refuse service or remove content that violates these terms.
6. Disclaimers
Automated mastering results vary with source material. The Service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase.
