What's the difference between leasing and ownership?
Leasing is a non-exclusive license at $160 per beat with tagged WAV / MP3 delivery — ideal for independent releases. Ownership ($800 – $10,000+) gives you full rights with track-out stems and exclusive use: once you buy it, the beat is never resold.
Can you build a beat from scratch for me?
Yes — custom packages cover original beats built from scratch in collaborative sessions with our producers, delivered with exclusive rights and mix-ready stems. Contact us to talk through your sound.
Do I get stems?
Ownership and custom packages include full track-out stems — clean, labeled, and leveled so they're ready for mixing. Leased beats are delivered as tagged WAV / MP3 files.
Do I have to come to the studio?
No — collaboration is flexible. Work with our producers in-studio at 924 NW 36th St in Miami, or remotely from anywhere. The studio is open 24 hours, so sessions fit your schedule either way.
What happens after I get my beat?
Record on it here — studio time starts at $65/hour — then finish it with mixing & mastering from $350/song. One team can carry the whole record.
