1. What We Collect
Audio files you upload (deleted per our retention schedule), the email address you provide at checkout (used for receipts and download links), payment details (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see card numbers), and standard analytics data via Google Analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type).
2. How We Use It
To process your mastering jobs, deliver purchased files, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and improve the site. Audio is sent to our mastering technology provider solely to process your job. We do not sell personal data or use your audio for any purpose other than delivering your master.
3. Retention
Uploads and unpurchased results: deleted after 7 days. Purchased masters and order records: deleted after 90 days (payment records are retained by Stripe as required for accounting).
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the mastering service.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data or a copy of what we hold at any time via our contact form.
