AutoMaster lets you hear your mastered track before you pay. Because you can evaluate the result up front, purchases are generally final once the download is unlocked.
When We Refund
We refund in full if: the mastering job failed and you were still charged; the delivered file is corrupted or does not match the preview; or you were charged more than once for the same job. Contact us within 14 days of purchase via the contact form with your order email and we'll sort it out — usually within 2 business days.
When We Don't
We can't refund because of creative preference after download (you heard the preview), or for issues in the source recording itself (mastering can't fix clipping or mix problems — for that, ask about our human Engineer Polish service).
